About The Event

SILANOI - Jeevan Kite River Festival is organised by Jeevan Initiative, a volunteers' association. The Brahmaputra Campaign for clean riversides culminates into this annual mega riverside event with thousands of visitors including international tourists and participants. Open sky, river breeze, kite flying, sports, food, traditional drinks, craft stalls, stage for live music and cultural shows, exhibitions, installations, workshops, contests, discussion sessions and what not! The only one in the city happening consecutively for all these years!
